Mr. Velociraptor
I once knew a
velociraptor who wore a top hat
This dainty soul was a
genuine aristocrat.
He spent his days
reading cultural literature,
Through his small
spectacled eyeglass fixture.
One day, he came up to
a fellow of his,
He in said a mellow
tone of businiz:
“Good day to you sir,
what a fine life to live,
Being a dromaeosaurid
in this wonderful civ.”
To the astonishment of
Mr. Velociraptor's felicity
The raptor roared
rather raucously,
The carnivore bellowed
a terrible noise,
A barbaric action that
upset Mr. V's poise.
Mr. Velociraptor ran
circles in a flurry,
Frightened out of his
wits, he dashed off in a hurry,
And from this event,
did surmise in his head:
“I'm quite ahead of my
time, by many a Jurrasic period.”
